Keto chicken tenders

This is, hands down, one of my favorite keto recipes. It makes me feel so normal when I eat it like I'm not following a diet at all! After all, I've never been on an eating plan that allowed me to eat chicken tenders without feeling guilty as I added up all the points afterward. The best thing about the recipe below? It's super easy to make at home, so you can enjoy these chicken tenders as a snack or as dinner.
You'll be surprised at how well simple parmesan cheese and spices works as the "breading" on chicken tenders. No need to fuss with gluten-free flours or other popular hacks. Just mix up the breading with ingredients you have on hand in the pantry and enjoy!

These insanely fudge-rich brownies are so decadent and indulgent that you'll easily forget they’re also low in carbs. For safety reasons, please serve this with a glass of milk, unless you’re ready to die by chocolate.

Watermelon is quite possibly the tastiest fruit to enjoy during the hot summer months. Unfortunately, getting to that juicy fruit can be a bit of a hassle.
