When you're craving chips, but you also want to stay true to your low-carb diet, what are you to do? Deprive yourself of those crispy crunches, or take a cheat day? As you'll see in the recipe below, you don't have to do either. And the recipe is dead simple.
It's true. This recipe involves only one ingredient - pepperoni - and it will bake up nice and crunchy for you in just 10 minutes. You can season the pepperoni with anything you'd like such as garlic powder or Cajun seasoning. But, not wanting to make things more complicated than they need to be, I left mine plain and they were still highly addictive!

1 6-ounce package (about 3/4 cups) pepperoni slices
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and lay the pepperoni out in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet. If your baking sheet isn't big enough to fit all the pepperoni, use a second one as the pepperoni really needs to be in a single layer.
Place the baking sheet into the oven and bake for 10 minutes until pepperoni is slightly darker and crispy. Remove from oven and let drain on paper towels.
