When it's lunchtime and you have little ones clambering around for something to eat, there's not always time to prepare a full feast. And let's face it, even as adults, sometimes we want a snack but don't want to spend a ton of time whipping something up. Luckily, there's the recipe below that takes just a few minutes to get together and is comfort food all wrapped up!
But as if a snack that comes together in under ten minutes isn't good enough, this one also takes just three ingredients - and one of them is the oil you need for the pan! So grab some tortillas and some cheddar cheese and get everyone ready for a melty cheesy snack, or lunch!

Grilled cheese roll ups

15 minutes
4 12-inch flour tortillas
8 slices cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
One by one, lay tortillas out and place two slices of Cheddar cheese down the center of each.
Starting with one end that does not have Cheddar cheese close to it, start rolling like you're rolling a cigar. When about halfway, tuck the ends up over the part you've already rolled and some of the cheese, like you're rolling up a burrito. Continue rolling until you reach the other side of the tortilla and the entire thing has been rolled. Repeat with each remaining tortilla.
Heat oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. When hot, add the tortillas, seam-side down. Fry for about 5 minutes and then flip, frying for another 5 minutes. If the tortillas start to come undone, place a lid on them that will just fit inside the skillet to keep them closed.
