Low-Carb Cinnamon Roll Mug Cake

For the cake
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
3 tablespoons almond flour
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1 ½ tablespoons granulated sweetener
½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
For the glaze
1 ½ tablespoons unsalted butter
1 ½ teaspoons granulated sweetener
½ teaspoon cinnamon
In a microwave-safe mug, melt the butter. Add the almond flour, egg, sweetener, baking powder, and cinnamon and stir to mix well.
Microwave the cake on high for 60 to 90 seconds, until the cake is fully set. Loosen the cake using a knife, then invert the cake onto a serving plate.
In the same mug, melt the butter for the glaze. Add the sweetener and cinnamon and stir to mix well. Pour this mixture over the cake. Serve immediately.
