4 sweet potatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Slice potatoes into wedges about 1 inch thick. If your potatoes are very long, you can cut the potatoes in half lengthwise first.
Place the potatoes in a bowl. Drizzle the oil over them and sprinkle on the spices. Toss well to combine.
Lay the potatoes out on a baking sheet in an even layer. Roast for 30 minutes, tossing once to ensure that they cook evenly.
