A low carb diet is pretty easy to follow, isn't it? That is, until you're craving cake. But if you knew that you could have cake, and not break your diet? That's something very special. And it's not as impossible at it seems. As the recipe that follows shows, you can have your cake, and still stick to your low-carb diet, too.
Not only is this cake low-carb - and low sugar, which is an integral part of every low-carb diet, but it's really easy to make, too. Get rid of that cake stand and mixing dry and wet ingredients together so they can come together just right. Just mix up a bunch of low-carb, and low sugar ingredients in a mug and microwave it all together. You'll be amazed at just how easy, and how quick, it all comes together!

How to Make Low-Carb Peanut Butter Mug Cake

4 eggs, divided
4 tablespoons coconut flour, divided
2 tablespoons butter, melted, divided
2 tablespoons peanut butter, divided
2 tablespoons honey, divided
2 teaspoons cocoa powder, divided
1 teaspoon vanilla extract, divided
1/2 teaspoon baking powder, divided
Place two eggs each into two mugs and beat separately.
To each mug add: 2 tablespoons coconut flour, 1 tablespoon butter, 1 tablespoon peanut butter, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 teaspoon cocoa powder, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 1/4 teaspoon baking powder.
Whisk the contents of each mug separately until well mixed.
Place one mug at a time into the microwave and heat for 60 seconds each.
Let each cake cool for one minute before serving.
