Frozen meatballs make a perfect easy meal that’s delicious, satisfying, and appealing to just about everyone. By cooking them in a slow cooker with all the same flavorful ingredients you’d use to season red hot Buffalo wings, they become bonafide party food that’s still easy enough for a regular weeknight. To find out how, check out the recipe below...
To make the sauce, I whisk Frank’s Original Hot Wing Sauce with honey, apricot preserves, and soy sauce. Then I toss that with the meatballs in the slow cooker, cover, and let it cook. It’s a great set-it-and-forget it recipe. It makes a great party appetizer or game-day snack, but served over rice, it makes a fun dinner to liven up any old weekday.
