To make the sauce, I whisk Frank’s Original Hot Wing Sauce with honey, apricot preserves, and soy sauce. Then I toss that with the meatballs in the slow cooker, cover, and let it cook. It’s a great set-it-and-forget it recipe. It makes a great party appetizer or game-day snack, but served over rice, it makes a fun dinner to liven up any old weekday.

Slow Cooker Honey Buffalo Meatballs

1 (16-ounce) package frozen meatballs
2 tablespoons Franks Red Hot Wing Sauce
¼ cup honey
2 tablespoons apricot preserves
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 ounces crumbled blue cheese, for serving (optional)
In the inner pot of the slow cooker, whisk together the hot sauce, honey, preserves, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Add the frozen meatballs and stir to coat.
Cover the pot and cook for 4 hours on low. Serve hot, garnished with the crumbled blue cheese, if desired.
