Southern Pimento Dip

12 ounces of shredded cheese, preferably a mix of mild and sharp cheddar, but you can add any other cheeses you have
1 heaping tablespoon cream cheese
2 tablespoons crème fraiche or sour cream, Greek yogurt or mayonnaise whatever you have on hand
4-ounce jar diced pimentos, drained
¼ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Serve with your favorite dippers.
