Print this recipe
There's something about tater tots that makes people happy. They're crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside -- plus they pair well with anything, even casseroles, as in the recipe that follows. Here, they're combined with breakfast sausage, cheese and some aromatics before being bathed in eggs to bake up beautifully in the oven.
While the casserole does take some time to bake through completely, it requires only a few minutes for you to put it together. After you've combined the simple ingredients, you're free to get ready for the day or just enjoy a cup of coffee. It's one more reason to love these little tots!
