How to make vegetarian cherry tomato basil angel hair

Print this recipe
Angel hair pasta, also known as capellini, is a delicate pasta: Cooked in a matter of minutes, it is easily overwhelmed by heavier sauces. That's why in the recipe below, it's paired with just a handful of ingredients for a preparation so simple it can hardly be called a sauce.
Given the short ingredient list for this recipe, it's important to opt for top-quality ingredients. Choose the very best cherry tomatoes you can find, and use a top-quality extra-virgin olive oil. Marinate the tomatoes in the oil and garlic ahead of time if you can for even more flavor.
