Weekday mornings at my house can be insane. I’m sure you know just what I mean. The recipe below is a lifesaver. It’s a simple smoothie made with vegan ingredients. And everyone in my house loves the flavor combination of bananas and peanut butter.
The peanut butter gives this smoothie a protein boost. If you want to add even more protein, add a couple of scoops of a plant-based protein powder (like soy or pea protein). This quick-to-make smoothie makes a hearty breakfast and I love that I can take it with me when I rush out the door.

Vegan Banana Breakfast Smoothie
