Blueberry Baked Oatmeal

2/3 cup pecans, roughly chopped
1/3 cup slivered almonds
2 cups rolled oats
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
3/4 teaspoon fleur de sel
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
1 3/4 cups almond milk
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 tablespoons melted coconut oil
2 1/2 cups blueberries
Preheat the oven to 375 F.
Combine the nuts, oats and spices in a bowl. Make a well and add the almond milk, maple syrup, eggs and vanilla. Whisk to combine.
Drizzle in the coconut oil, and mix well to combine.
Grease a 9-inch square baking dish, and spread the blueberries over it. Top with the oatmeal mixture.
Bake for about 40 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
Serve warm.
