This version, however, uses a jar of water to perform the tricky peeling part, leaving you with a clean, ready-to-eat egg.
This simple, fast, and proven method for peeling hard-boiled eggs will quickly become your favorite way to rid your snack of its shell. It may even become your go-to party trick to amaze your friends. The swirling water rushes under the shell, pulling the shell off without a mess or a million little pieces.

Materials:
-Eggs
-Pot of water
-Glass jar with lid, about half-full of water

Instructions
1. Carefully add eggs to boiling water and cook until hard-boiled.
2. Remove cooked eggs from pot and allow to cool.
3. When eggs are cool to the touch, add one egg to the glass jar, and fill the jar just enough to completely submerge the egg.
4. Tightly screw the lid on the jar, and then shake the jar vigorously. The eggshell will crack, and the swirling water will remove the peel.

5. Repeat with remaining hard-boiled eggs.
