This Instant Pot recipe features a bone-in, spiral-cut ham, which is already fully cooked and usually just needs to be warmed before serving. Instant Pot Easter Ham

1 14-ounce can crushed pineapple
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 6-pound pre-cooked, spiral-cut ham
Whisk together the pineapple, sugar, Dijon mustard, pineapple juice, and ground ginger.
Place the ham in the Instant Pot and cover with the pineapple mixture.
Cook for 10 minutes on high pressure, then allow the pressure to release naturally.
Allow the ham to sit in the open Instant Pot for 10 minutes, then remove to a cutting board and tent with foil.
Strain the remaining glaze and return to the Instant Pot. Cook on the sauté setting, stirring regularly, for about 5 minutes, or until reduced by half.
Serve the ham with a sauceboat of the remaining glaze on the side.
