How to make slow cooker creamy fettuccine Alfredo

Print this recipe
A classic fettuccine Alfredo combines the richness of a strong cheese like Parmesan and lots of butter. This super easy slow-cooker version includes shredded chicken and half-and-half, making it a satisfying meal. The best part is that the recipe is almost completely hands-free and takes less than an hour from start to finish.
This is an exceptional dish to serve when you have friends over for game night or any time you want a sophisticated meal with minimal time in the kitchen. The recipe is easily doubled for a larger group, and it doesn’t take much to turn this into a full, party-worthy meal. All you need is a green salad with a bright vinaigrette to cut the richness of the pasta sauce, and maybe some sourdough bread for sopping up any extra sauce.
