Print this recipe
Chicken nuggets aren't the most low-carb diet friendly item, but you won't even miss them once you have tried the recipe below. These chicken bites are first marinated in low-carb barbecue sauce before being wrapped in smoky bacon and baked. The sauce and the bacon keeps the chicken nice and moist for a delicious bite that's perfect for feeding a crowd.
These chicken bites are perfect on their own, but they can also be served with your favorite dipping sauces. Consider ranch dressing, hot sauce, or just a bowl of warmed barbecue sauce for even more of that slightly sweet flavor.
