Sheet Pan Sausage and Potatoes

Ingredients
Nonstick cooking spray
4 links Italian sausage, uncooked
1 pound new potatoes
2 red bell peppers, seeded and cut into 2-inch pieces
1 onion, diced
4 garlic cloves, peeled and smashed
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons minced fresh rosemary leaves
1-1/2 teaspoons salt
3/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 400 F and spray a large, rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.
2. Place the sausage, potatoes, peppers, onions and garlic on the prepared baking sheet, and drizzle them with the oil.
3. Sprinkle with the rosemary, salt and pepper, and toss to coat. Spread everything out into a single layer.

4. Roast for about 20 minutes, until the sausage is cooked through and the potatoes, peppers and onions are tender and lightly browned.
5. Serve hot.
