The dump cake's somewhat unfortunate name stems from the ease with which it's made: Just dump the ingredients into a pan, bake, and enjoy!
This dump cake takes advantage of spiced apple pie filling to add tons of flavor to the base. Topped with boxed spice cake mix (and a healthy dose of butter), it bakes up into a luxurious cobbler-esque dessert with almost no effort at all. Consider topping it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream just before serving.
