Would you love to discover a recipe for a scrumptious dessert that requires no more than about 5 minutes of prep and then set-it-and-forget-it cooking in a slow cooker? Well, my friends, you’ve come to the right place. This is an ooey, gooey, crazy delicious chocolate cake that is made by dumping the ingredients in a slow cooker, turning it on, and then just walking away.
Because it is made with both pudding mix and sour cream, this cake is ultra moist. With three doses of chocolate—from pudding mix, cake mix, and chocolate chips—it delivers intense chocolate flavor. Serve this cake as is or top with vanilla ice cream or a dollop of sweetened whipped cream.
