1 (21-ounce) can cherry pie filling
2/3 c packed brown sugar
1/2 c old fashion oats uncooked
1/2 c all-purpose flour
1 t vanilla extract
1/3 cup unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
Spray your slow cooker with non-stick spray
Place the pie filling in the slow cooker.
In a medium bowl, stir together the brown sugar, oats, flour, and vanilla. Add the butter and mix it in with your hands until the butter is in pea-size clumps.
Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the pie filling in the slow cooker.
Lay a double layer of paper towels over the top of the slow cooker and then place the lid on top of the paper towels.
Cook on high for 2 hours.
Serve hot.
