Combine white chocolate with pastel-colored peanut butter M&M's, salty pretzels and peanuts, and you have a delicious, colorful snack that makes the yummiest addition to any Easter basket. Even better? It's a fun, easy recipe to make with kids.
Once you've mastered this recipe, it's easy to change it up. Try using different nuts or even milk or dark chocolate in place of the white for a slightly different play on the original. You can even add extracts to the chocolate to lend a bit more flavor to the recipe.

Easter white chocolate bark

1 pound white chocolate, chopped, divided
1 cup Easter Peanut Butter M&M's
1 cup pretzels, crushed
½ cup peanuts, chopped
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Melt three-quarters of the chocolate in a double-boiler, then remove from the heat, and add the remaining chocolate. Stir until smooth.
Spread the chocolate onto the parchment-lined baking sheet, and spread into an even layer. Scatter the M&M's, crushed pretzels and chopped peanuts over the top. Refrigerate, or let sit at room temperature until firm, about 2 hours.
Break the bark into pieces.
