S'mores might seem like a summertime snack best enjoyed by a campfire, but these Easter-themed s'mores are just as tasty! Top graham cracker halves and chocolate with Easter-themed Peeps, and broil until just warm and slightly browned for a delicious treat. You can use whatever color Peep you like, or if you prefer, offer a selection of different ones for an even more colorful table.
While these s'mores are super tasty when made under the broiler, they're even easier to make if you have a kitchen blowtorch. Arrange them on a heat-proof dish or baking sheet, and caramelize for a spectacular dessert. The whole family is sure to love this beautiful, festive treat.
