This 2-ingredient peach cobbler is the easiest dessert ever

Print this recipe
There's no excuse for store-bought dessert at your next dinner party. Instead, create this semi-homemade peach cobbler that comes together in a snap. The recipe calls for just two ingredients: canned peaches and cookie dough, which is sprinkled in crumbles over the top of the peaches. Baked until crisp on top, this cobbler becomes the perfect dessert for a crowd.
Although this cobbler is delicious as is, you can also season both the peach and cookie dough layer with other flavors. Choose oatmeal-raisin or confetti cookie dough in place of the sugar cookie dough for something a little bit different. Spices or a touch of bourbon will make the peaches really sing.
