As with any lettuce wrap, the secret to success is in choosing the right lettuce. A hearty leaf will help hold all of the fillings together and provide structural integrity to the finished wrap. While iceberg certainly fits the bill, choose something a bit tastier like romaine or butter lettuce to add even more flavor to the finished wraps.

Low-carb BLT wraps

4 large leaves lettuce
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 roma tomato, thinly sliced
