When you're trying to get little ones to eat their dinner, a cheesy, gooey casserole is just the thing. The recipe below is super easy to prepare – and it's on the table in under an hour. All you need is a bag of frozen tater tots, and you're already halfway there.
This casserole relies on a combination of beef and cream of mushroom soup for the filling. While it's certainly a crowd-pleaser, if your kids prefer milder flavors, consider instead using ground turkey and cream of chicken or cream of corn soup. You can also sneak some canned peas and corn into the mix in place of part of the meat, to help picky palates eat their veggies. As long as you keep the proportions the same, the casserole will bake up into a delicious treat the whole family is sure to love.
