Make dead simple cloverleaf dinner rolls in less than 1 hr

Why are we so willing to rely on others for our dinner roll needs? Whether we're buying them at the grocery store or succumbing to tubes of premixed dough, dinner rolls seem just scary enough that we forego the possibility of making them ourselves. But they don't have to be difficult to create.
The following recipe is so quick and easy to make. It takes advantage of a few tricks such that you can get freshly baked rolls in your own home in less than one hour. Yes, this means you can finally impress guests with your newly found skills.

Cloverleaf dinner rolls
Servings: 12
Time: 1 hr
Ingredients
3 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup unsalted butter
3/4 cup warm water
1 packet active dry yeast (2 1/4 teaspoons)
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
Directions
1. Grease muffin tin of 12 with butter, and preheat oven to 425°F.

2. In saucepan, combine milk, sugar, and 2 tablespoons of butter over low heat.

Do so until butter has melted and sugar dissolved. Then, remove from heat and let cool to a lukewarm temperature.
3. Pour mixture into stand mixer. Add the active yeast and warm water.

Let sit for 5 to 10 minutes, until the yeast becomes foamy.
4. Add 2 cups of flour to yeast mixture. Use the dough hook and mix on low for 1 minute. While on low, gradually add the rest of the flour.

Continue mixing until dough comes together. This will take around 2 minutes or so. Keep kneading on dough for another 2 minutes or until dough is smooth.
5. Grease large bowl with nonstick spray and put dough in it. Cover with towel and set in warm place to rise for 15 minutes.

6. Remove dough and place onto a floured surface. Work dough into 1-inch round balls. Place three balls into each muffin cup.

7. Cover muffin tin with towel. Set in warm place to rise again for another 15 minutes.
8. While dough is rising, melt remaining butter.

9. Brush rolls with butter. If you prefer, you can also decorate with your favorite seeds.
10. Bake in oven for 9 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.

11. Serve!
