Honey butter chicken

Ingredients
1 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into small squares
3 tablespoons butter
2 1/2 tablespoons honey
1 garlic clove, minced
1 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
Sesame seeds (optional garnish)
Directions
1. In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over high heat. You can also add a little bit of oil at this step as well.

2. Once melted, add chicken. Season with salt and pepper.

3. Cook until chicken has changed color to brown.
Pro tip: If you leave the chicken for over 7 minutes, beware of overcooking.
4. Add in butter, honey, garlic, vinegar, and remaining butter.
5. Bring to a simmer. Turn the chicken to coat in sauce until well caramelized.

6. Once chicken is in desired color, turn off heat. Serve immediately.
