1 pound ground beef
1 large onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups elbow macaroni
2 cups beef broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp dried basil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic and cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Drain any excess fat.
4. Add the elbow macaroni to the skillet and stir to combine with the beef mixture.
5. Pour in the beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, dried basil, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
6. Bring the mixture to a simmer, then reduce the heat to low and cover the skillet with a lid.
