Slow cooker cheesy crack chicken and rice

Note: Green onions are completely option in this dish!
Ingredients:
6 boneless chicken breasts
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 packet of dry ranch dressing mix
8 oz. block of cream cheese, softened
1 cup of chicken broth
1 1/2 cups of long grain white rice
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1 pound bacon, cooked and chopped
Green onions (optional)
Instructions:
1. In a slow cooker, combine chicken breasts, cream of chicken soup, ranch dressing mix, cream cheese, and chicken broth.
2. Stir everything together until well combined.
3. Cover and cook on low heat for 6-8 hours, or on high heat for 3-4 hours.
4. In a separate pot, cook 1 1/2 cups of rice according to package instructions.
5. Once the chicken is cooked through, remove from slow cooker and shred with two forks.
6. Return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker and stir in the cooked rice.
7. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and bacon over the top of the chicken and rice. Top with green onions, if desired.

8. Cover and continue cooking on low heat until the cheese is melted and gooey, about 15 minutes.
9. Serve hot and enjoy!
