1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions
1. In a large bowl, cream together the peanut butter, butter, vanilla and confectioners' sugar until smooth.
2. Roll the dough into 1 inch balls, then flatten them into hearts. Alternatively, you can also roll the mixture out and use a heart-shaped cookie cutter. Place on parchment-lined baking sheets and freeze for 10 minutes or until firm.

3. Melt the chocolate chips and vegetable oil until smooth.
4. Dip each heart into the melted chocolate and place on parchment-lined baking sheets. Refrigerate until chocolate is set.
