Roasted Parmesan Creamed Onions
Ingredients:
3 onions, sliced
1/4 cup white wine
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
4 tablespoons butter without salt
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon powdered garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Toss sliced onions with olive oil, and spread them on a baking sheet.
