Cornish Beef Pasties
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 2 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 packages puff pastry
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, potatoes, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
3. Cut each puff pastry sheet into 4 equal pieces.
4. Place about 1/4 cup of the beef mixture onto the center of each pastry piece.

6. Place the pasties onto a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
