Hawaiian French Toast Bake
Ingredients:
- 8 slices of Hawaiian bread
- 2 cups of coconut milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup of macadamia nuts, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- Maple syrup, for serving
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
2. Place the bread slices in the baking dish.
3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, eggs, vanilla extract, sugar, and cinnamon.
4. Pour the mixture over the bread slices. Sprinkle the macadamia nuts over the top.

5. Dot the top with butter.
6. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
