Old-Fashioned Chicken and Dumplings
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 cups of diced onion
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 cups of diced carrots
- 2 cups of diced celery
- 2 teaspoons of dried thyme
- 6 cups of chicken broth
- 2 cups of cooked, shredded chicken
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder

- 1/2 cup of milk
