Slow Cooker Chicken Thighs
Ingredients:
- 8 chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon dried thyme

- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups baby potatoes, quartered
