Congo Bars
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
4. Sprinkle the chopped walnuts and chocolate chips over the graham cracker crust.
5. Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the top of the walnuts and chocolate chips.
6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
7. Allow to cool before cutting into bars. Enjoy!
