Key Lime Poke Cake
1 box white cake mix, plus ingredients called for on the box

1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup key lime juice, plus lime zest
3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
