Key Lime Poke Cake
Ingredients:
-1 box of white cake mix
-3 eggs
-1/3 cup of vegetable oil
-1/2 cup of key lime juice
-1/2 cup of water
-1 can of sweetened condensed milk
-1/2 cup of key lime zest
-1/2 cup of powdered sugar
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
2. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, key lime juice, and water. Beat with an electric mixer until combined.
3. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
