Key Lime Poke Cake
1 (15.25-ounce) yellow cake mix
1 cup water
3 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup key lime juice
1 (3.4-ounce) package instant key lime pudding mix
2 cups cold milk
1 (8-ounce) container whipped topping
Zest of 1 lime
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup fresh key lime juice
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, water, eggs, and oil. Beat with an electric mixer until well blended. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.

7. In a medium bowl, combine the whipped topping, lime zest, sugar, and fresh key lime juice. Stir until well blended. Spread the mixture over the cake.
8. Chill the cake in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
