Ingredients:
8 oz. chow mein noodles
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into thin strips
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 onion, sliced
2 cups chopped vegetables of your choice (carrots, cabbage, green onions, mushrooms)
2 cloves garlic, minced
6 tablespoons oyster sauce
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
3 tablespoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 cup chicken broth
Instructions:
