- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 1/3 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
- 1/4 cup diced pineapple
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. In a shallow bowl, mix together cornstarch, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Place chicken cubes in the bowl and toss to coat.
