Recipe: Crispy Hot Chicken Salad Casserole
Ingredients:
3 cups cooked and shredded chicken
1 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup hot sauce (adjust to taste)
1 cup diced celery
1/2 cup diced red onion
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 cups crushed potato chips
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
