Cinna-bun Cake
Ingredients:
3 cups of flour
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of sugar
1 1/2 cups of milk
2 eggs
4 teaspoons of baking powder
2 teaspoons of vanilla
1/2 cup of melted butter
Topping:
1 cup of brown sugar
1 cup of softened butter
2 tablespoons of flour
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
Glaze:
4 tablespoons of milk
2 cups of powdered sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
2. Prepare a baking pan measuring 9 inches x 13 inches by applying non-stick cooking oil or butter to coat it.
3. In a large bowl, combine all the base ingredients, excluding the melted butter, until they are thoroughly mixed.
4. Add the melted butter last and pour the mixture into the prepared pan. Set it aside.
5. For the topping: In a small bowl, thoroughly mix all the topping ingredients.
6. To assemble the cake for baking: Drop spoonfuls of the topping mixture evenly over the base. Use a butter knife to swirl the topping into the base.
Place the pan into the preheated oven and bake for 28 to 30 minutes.
7. While the cake is baking, prepare the glaze: In a small bowl, combine all the glaze ingredients until fully blended. Set it aside.

Once the cake is done baking, remove it from the oven and immediately glaze the cake while it's still warm.
