Slow Cooker French Onion Chicken and Rice
Ingredients:
2 pounds of boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 can of French Onion Soup (10.5 ounces)
1 ½ cups of raw rice
1 packet of onion soup mix (2 ounces)
3 cups of beef stock
1 cup each of shredded mozzarella and provolone cheese
1 cup of crispy fried onions
1 yellow onion, sliced
Instructions:
1. Place the sliced yellow onion in the bottom of the slow cooker. Follow with chicken. Sprinkle onion soup mix over chicken and onions.
