Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of olive oil
12 slices of ham
1½ cups of your preferred shredded cheese (we recommend mozzarella)
12 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons of finely chopped fresh parsley
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Grease a muffin tin using olive oil.
Place a slice of ham in each cup, molding it against the bottom and sides of the muffin cup with your fingers.
Sprinkle 1 to 2 tablespoons of cheese into each cup.
Crack one egg directly into each cup, on top of the cheese.

Bake in the oven for approximately 15 minutes, or until the eggs reach your desired level of doneness.
