Recipe: Bundt Pan Nachos
Bundt Pan Nachos
Ingredients:
- 1/2 pound ground beef (lean kind)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 1 (14-ounce) bag tortilla chips
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar and Monterey Jack blend works well)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sour cream, guacamole, and salsa for serving
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 450°F.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté until it becomes translucent and starts to soften. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook, breaking it up with a spatula, until it is browned and cooked through. Drain any excess grease.
3. Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the ground beef and stir to coat. Add the water. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the flavors meld together and water has evaporated. Set aside.
4. Grease the inside of a Bundt pan with cooking spray.
5. Layer half of the shredded cheese in bundt pan. Follow with be some of the beef mixture and tortillas. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients. Be careful not to overstuff the Bundt pan. It's okay to have some chips left over.
6. Bake the Bundt Pan Nachos in the preheated oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
7. Remove the Bundt pan from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
8. Carefully invert the Bundt pan onto a serving platter, allowing the nachos to slide out in a beautifully layered tower.
9. Top the Bundt Pan Nachos with your favorite toppings.
Serve immediately and enjoy the cheesy, flavorful goodness of these Bundt Pan Nachos!
