Slow Cooker Creamy Ranch Chicken
4 chicken breasts without bones and skin
6 medium Russet potatoes, diced
2 cups carrots, baby or cut larger carrots
1 can (23 ounces) of condensed cream of chicken soup
1 packet (1 ounce) of dry ranch dressing mix
1/2 cup of milk
1. Place potatoes and carrots at bottom of greased slow cooker. Add chicken breasts on top.
2. Mix together liquid ingredients in a bowl and cover over chicken and veggies.
3. Cover and cook on low heat for 6-8 hours or high heat for 3-4 hours until the chicken is fully cooked and the vegetables are tender.
Serve over rice, pasta, or with a side of your choice. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
