Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine oil, softened butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract until smooth.
3. Add in dry ingredients and buttermilk to form a batter. Mix cinnamon only in 1/2 of the batter.
