Egg Roll In a Bowl, also known as deconstructed egg rolls or crack slaw, is a delicious and healthy dish inspired by the flavors of traditional Chinese egg rolls. This recipe takes all the desirable components of an egg roll, such as the savory meat, crunchy vegetables, and aromatic seasonings, and combines them into a simple one-pan meal.
Perfect for those who enjoy the taste of egg rolls without the hassle of wrapping and frying, this dish has gained popularity as a low-carb, gluten-free alternative.

For a lighter and refreshing alternative, serve the egg roll filling inside large lettuce leaves. Simply spoon the cooked filling onto the lettuce leaves, roll them up, and enjoy the combination of crisp lettuce with the savory filling.
